You ensure that users are helped quickly and efficiently and support the daily management of our IT environment.What will you do?<\/p>\n<h4>Supporting users with hardware and software problems<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>Installing and configuring PCs, laptops and peripherals<\/li>\n<li>Managing user accounts and access rights<\/li>\n<li>Registering and following up on support requests<\/li>\n<li>Resolving network and connectivity problems<\/li>\n<li>Supporting IT projects and implementations<\/li>\n<li>Documenting procedures and solutions<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4>Your profile<\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>You have a degree in IT or relevant experience<\/li>\n<li>You have knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365<\/li>\n<li>You are customer-oriented and communicatively strong<\/li>\n<li>You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner<\/li>\n<li>You are eager to learn and enjoy technical challenges<\/li>\n<li>Knowledge of networks is an
