Onze vloot Silo Kippers<\/h2>\n

Onze kipbulkopleggers hebben een inhoud die vari\u00ebert van 43 m\u00b3 tot 65 m\u00b3. Deze opleggers zijn geschikt voor alle droge, poeder en korrelvormige stoffen. Ook kunnen wij voor U al Uw GMP, poeder en korrelvormige goederen vervoeren.<\/p>\n

Het laden van de opleggers vindt plaats door het openen van een of meerdere magaten aan de bovenzijde van de bulkwagen. Aan de bovenzijde zijn alle opleggers voorzien van een railing die omhoog geklapt kan worden. Dit om de veiligheid van de mensen bovenop de bulk bij het laden zoveel mogelijk te waarborgen.<\/p>\n

Het lossen vind plaats door de oplegger te kippen waardoor het product aan de achterzijde in de trechter komt en tevens met een compressor deze onder druk te brengen, zodat het product met lucht “vloeibaar” gemaakt wordt en vervolgens in een silo geblazen kan worden.<\/p>\n

Al het transportmaterieel is vervaardigd uit hoogwaardig aluminium zodat het eigen gewicht van een trekker-oplegger-combinatie zo laag mogelijk is, om zo veel mogelijk product voor onze opdrachtgevers per zending mee te kunnen nemen, om een zo gunstig mogelijk tarief te bekomen.<\/p>\n

De grotere kipbulks gebruiken wij voor de producten met een laag soortelijk gewicht. Dit zijn vaak producten waarbij de tank, appendages en slangen voor elke belading 100% gereinigd moet worden.
\nDe kleinere kipbulks zetten wij in voor de producten met een hoog soortelijk gewicht. Voor ons zijn dit vaak producten die direct of indirect gerelateerd zijn aan bouwproducten. Ook het vervoeren van gedroogd zand is een activiteit waar wij zeer veel ervaring in hebben.<\/p>\n

Veel aandacht wordt er in ons bedrijf geschonken aan het losproces. Met name onze inzet, die het voorkomt dat een slang tijdens het lossen losschiet is zeer succesvol.
