Onze vloot silo onderlossers<\/h2>\n

Onze bulkonderlossers hebben een inhoud die vari\u00ebert van 35 m\u00b3 tot 39 m\u00b3. Deze opleggers zijn met name geschikt voor de poedervormige bouwstoffen als cement, kalk, vulstof, krijt, vliegas, anhydrite enz. Het laden van de opleggers vindt plaats door het openen van een of meerdere magaten aan de bovenzijde van de bulkwagen. Aan de bovenzijde zijn alle opleggers voorzien van een railing die omhoog geklapt kan worden. Dit om de veiligheid van de mensen bovenop de bulk bij de belading zoveel mogelijk te waarborgen.<\/p>\n

Het lossen vind plaats d.m.v. de luchtdruk van de compressor op de truck waardoor het product via meerdere trechters aan de onderzijde van de oplegger naar de uitloop aan de achterzijde loopt en vervolgens in een silo geblazen kan worden. Omdat de bouwproducten vaak een hoog soortelijk gewicht hebben, kan een oplegger met een betrekkelijk kleine inhoud volstaan. Dit om het eigen gewicht van deze opleggers zo laag mogelijk te houden. Verder is al het transportmateri\u00ebel voor zover mogelijk vervaardigd uit hoogwaardig aluminium, zodat dit tevens bijdraagt om het eigen gewicht van een trekker-oplegger-combinatie te beperken, om zo veel mogelijk produkt voor onze opdrachtgevers per zending mee te kunnen nemen, om te komen tot een zo gunstig mogelijk tarief.<\/p>\n

Veel aandacht wordt er in ons bedrijf geschonken aan het losproces. Met name onze inzet, die het voorkomt, dat een slang tijdens het lossen losschiet is zeer succesvol.
