Your role

As an IT Support Officer, you are the first point of contact for IT-related questions within Mattheeuws Transport. You make sure colleagues can work smoothly and support them with hardware, software and day-to-day IT challenges.

What will you do?

• Handling IT support requests from colleagues.
• Installing and configuring PCs, laptops, smartphones and printers.
• Supporting Microsoft 365 and other business applications.
• Creating and managing user accounts.
• Logging and following up on support tickets.
• Working with external IT partners where needed.

Your profile

• You have a passion for IT.
• You work accurately and in a solution-oriented way.
• You are communicative and customer-friendly.
• You have a basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and networks.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
