Your role

You are the first point of contact for IT-related questions within our organisation. You ensure that users are helped quickly and efficiently and support the daily management of our IT environment.What will you do?

Supporting users with hardware and software problems

• Installing and configuring PCs, laptops and peripherals
• Managing user accounts and access rights
• Registering and following up on support requests
• Resolving network and connectivity problems
• Supporting IT projects and implementations
• Documenting procedures and solutions

Your profile

• You have a degree in IT or relevant experience
• You have knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
• You are customer-oriented and communicatively strong
• You work in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• You are eager to learn and enjoy technical challenges
• Knowledge of networks is an advantage
